During my stay at Pueblo Bonito in Mazatlán, I encountered some ups and downs. While the staff provided exemplary service, especially at the pool, my initial room situation was disappointing, given the mix-up with my reservation. The location is fantastic, great for relaxation, but the construction noise was quite bothersome. The food at Cilantro's was exceptional, making up for some of the inconveniences I experienced.
Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere with its amazing team, particularly Patti and Sophia, who make every guest feel at home. The recently remodeled rooms add a modern touch to the stay, which I truly appreciated, though the dining experience at Cilantro's could use some improvement. The beachfront location is fantastic, providing easy access to great food vendors and local restaurants. Overall, it's a wonderful place for relaxation and fun, making it an excellent value for money.
My experience at the resort was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the staff was absolutely fantastic and the renovations to Cilantros made for a great dining experience. However, I was disappointed with the room issues and the lack of activities during my stay. There were also noise disturbances that made relaxing a bit challenging, but I loved the beach and gorgeous views.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The service staff were wonderful and very attentive, and our room had a beautiful view. However, there were several inconveniences such as missing towels and a broken coffee pot which took away from the experience. While the beach area is lovely, expect lively music from local bands, which may not appeal to everyone. Overall, it was decent but not quite what I hoped for.
I just returned from an unforgettable two-week stay at this resort, and everything was fantastic. The staff, especially Patty and Cindy, made our stay feel incredibly personal and welcoming. Although there was some construction noise, it was all part of enhancing the experience, which I appreciated. The dining options were diverse, but I wish we had an even wider variety at breakfast. Overall, it's a perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the sun, although those seeking peace and quiet may find it a bit lively.
